Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of the Website shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, under the rules of the British Columbia Arbitration Association.
