We are a publicly traded company providing Ethereum-based technology services, supported by a corporate treasury that strategically accumulates ETH.
ETH is the Fuel.
Validators are the Engines.
Validators make sure transactions are real, add new blocks to the blockchain, and keep Ethereum secure and operating 24/7.
Our platform generates and verifies tamper-proof attestations secured on the Ethereum blockchain. These attestations are produced by validator infrastructure, which must be activated by allocating 32 ETH per validator.
Our model is designed for long-term sustainability. As Ethereum expands—with increasing users, applications, and transaction volume—the network requires a growing base of reliable attestation infrastructure. The more activity the network supports, the more essential this infrastructure becomes, and the more value it generates. We do not simply hold the underlying asset that powers this new financial system; we operate the core engines that keep the Ethereum network running securely and efficiently.
